Swimmers: download the Goal Setting Toolbox, print pages 14-20 and put in your binders. Remember to have your meet goals prepared for the Caldwell meet and in your binders. Know your goal times! Show them to the coaches by Friday February 5th.
On-line registration is open for the Winter Championships Feb 19-21 in Idaho Falls. Deadline is MIDNIGHT on Feb 7th! There will be a $3 per swimmer coaches' travel fee for this meet. Other notes:

There are special circumstances for this meet for 10 and unders, so please print & read the meet info before entering

Swimmers must have their USA Swimming Registration Numbers entered in our database in order to register for the meet. Please log-in here to register your child's number if you have not already done so. The format for the registration number is: MMDDYYFFFMLLLL, where MMDDYY is the birthday, and FFFMLLLL is the first 3 letters of the first name, middle initial, and first 4 letters of the last name. For example, John M. Smith born on Jan 02, 1990, would be: 010290JOHMSMIT.

The Psych Feast (download PDF flyer here) is Feb 16, 6:00pm. This is a fundraiser with special guest entertainment, at the Calvary Chapel Boise. Volunteers are needed. Get ready for Winter Champs!!
